About Me
Warm, direct, collaborative care in Nashville
I believe people can change—and that change gets easier when you have a steady place to land. My style is warm, open-minded, and engaged. I don’t just nod along; I offer clear reflections and practical tools while honoring your pace, values, and lived experience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or a major transition, therapy can be where you pause, make sense of things, and move forward with intention.
Serving clients in Nashville and across Tennessee via secure telehealth.
How I work
Active & collaborative. We set goals together, check what’s helping, and adapt as we go.
Insight. You’ll leave sessions with language and practices you can use the same week.
Build usable skills. Short tools for communication, boundaries, anxiety regulation, and follow-through.
Evidence-informed. I integrate Gottman-informed work, CBT/ACT skills, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches.
What sessions feel like
Grounded and conversational—space to be honest, a few thoughtful questions, and concrete next steps. We’ll look for patterns without blame, practice small changes that compound, and keep the process humane and sustainable.

Outside the office
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with a new recipe—anything from a cozy pasta to a slow Sunday bake or my latest cookie creation. I love exploring more of Tennessee with my dog, Ivy, planning my next travel adventure, and spending time with friends—whether that’s over a glass of wine or while checking out a new cocktail bar. Sharing good food, discovering local coffee spots, and keeping up with small rituals like Sunday walks and a good playlist help me stay grounded and connected.
